Tuna quiche with vegetables






 ingredients:
For the stuffing
a 1/2 green pepper, cut into small cubes
a 1/2 red pepper, diced
a 1/2 yellow pepper, diced
1 medium zucchini, cut into small cubes
1 large onion, diced

1 clove garlic, grated

2 eggs, lightly beaten

200ml milk
50 gr of grated cheese
salt
pepper
A soup 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the dough
200 gr of flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
A soup 2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
A soup 2 tablespoons of milk powder
warm water to collect the dough
sesame seeds
method: br /> In a bowl, combine flour, salt, olive oil, yeast, milk, and sand the whole.
Wet little by little with warm water until soft dough.
Cover and let rise until doubled volume.
Meanwhile prepare the stuffing.
In a thick bottom pan has, sauté all the vegetables in olive oil.
Stir occasionally, cover with a lid.
Cook over low heat until all the vegetables are tender.
Stir salt, pepper, tuna, garlic, stir and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Once the dough has doubled the volume, the display has a thickness of 3 mm.
Garnish the bottom of your pan with the dough, and pour over vegetables.
Cover and let double the volume again.
Mix eggs, milk, cheese and lightly salt and pepper.
Once double the volume, pour the final mixture (egg, milk, cheese) on your vegetables.
If your dough overflows the mold, bend it to the inside and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
