cornflour cakes

ingredients:
- 125g butter
- 1 glass of iced tea with sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pastry
- Flour
- Coconut for garnish
- Apricot jam
method:
- Working vigorously in a bowl the icing sugar and butter until it forms a creamy mixture, add the egg yolks, mix well, add the cornstarch, vanilla sugar, baking powder, add the sifted flour by little and knead well to make a smooth paste and very soft.
- In a biscuit machine, put the special punch for this cake.
- Take a piece of dough and put it in the machine biscuit gently turn the crank to get cylinders 6cm long, wrap it on itself in the form of snail, continue the process until the all the dough, have them as and when the oven on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a moderately hot oven until browned.
- Glue two snails with jam and top edges of cake with coconut.
- Put the cake in a sealed so they do not soften box.
