a new pancakes with chocolate


ingredients:
- 500g flour
- 10g of yeast
- 30g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- Salt
- 100 g of butterfat
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- Half baking powder
- 13cl warm milk
- Jam chocolate milk
- Icing Sugar
method:
- In a bowl mix flour, two yeast, salt,
sugar, vanilla sugar, melted butter, eggs and egg yolk.
- Up with warm milk. Knead the dough by hand for 10 min and delivers to the bowl.
- Cover and let double the volume in a warm place.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of one centimeter
- Cut dough into circles and place on a plate.
- Cover and let double the volume again.
- Make good heat an oil bath and then reduce heat.
- Fry the fritters and drain on absorbent paper.
- Fill a pastry bag with jam chocolate milk.
- Cramming donuts and sprinkle with icing sugar.
