Chicken fillets with pesto


ingredients :
4 chicken breasts, skin and fat removed
  4 tablespoons pesto
  peas
  asparagus
  mayonnaise
  Sun-dried tomatoes
  basil
  Toasted pine nuts
method:

Flatten chicken breasts with a rolling pin. The threads in the slice thickness, without separating into two. Open nets, add the pesto and pine nuts. Then close the chicken fillets with toothpicks.
Place the chicken in the bottom of a steamer basket and cook for about 20 minutes. Remove the fillets from the steamer and let cool while you prepare the peas and asparagus.
Place the peas and asparagus in different compartments of steamer. Cook the peas 4 to 5 minutes and asparagus 5-7 minutes.
Once the vegetables ready, remove the toothpicks from chicken breasts and cut them into slices by the diagonal. Add the juice collected in the tank over the chicken.
Serve with mayonnaise to which you have added finely chopped dried tomatoes, finely chopped basil and a hint of pesto.
