Chocolate rolled cake


ingredients:
200 g of chocolate,
  100 g of sugar,
  90 g butter,
  30 g of flour,
  50g cornflour,
  3 eggs,
  a packet of vanilla sugar
  half a teaspoon baking powder,
  a little milk
  a pinch of salt
method:




1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar. When the yellow blanked and doubled in volume, add the flour, cornflour and baking powder.
3. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt. Incorporate them smoothly into the unit.
4. Divide the dough on the baking sheet. Bake it for 10 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave oven with butter, diced. Mix well. You can substitute butter 300 ml cream.
6. Remove the cake from the oven still soft and have it on a damp cloth. Remove the parchment paper. Spread the entire surface of molten chocolate. Leave some space on the sides to avoid losing too much chocolate when you ride.
7. Roll the cake itself. Your rolled chocolate cake is ready
