Chocolate Macaroons


ingredients:
40 g almonds
80g icing sugar
1 egg white
a bag of Earl Grey tea (one tablespoon)
method:
1. Mix and pass through a sieve the icing sugar, tea and almonds for a perfect blend. If there is coarse ground almond wrong, you can return with the rest, but your buttons will be less smooth or keep them aside for something else.
2. Beat the white of eggs until stiff.
3. Stir in the ground almonds in white egg.

4. Arrange your macaroons on a baking paper on a baking sheet.
5. Let stand for one hour at RT. Then preheat the oven to 145 ° and when it is hot, bake 12 minutes.
6. Leave to cool. Garnish with a chocolate ganache (melt 50 g dark chocolate 40 g cream, smooth and cool garnish).
