Squid with vegetables and spicy sauce


ingredients:
400 g squid
1 clove of garlic - Garlic Sheet
1 onion
3 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 red pepper
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp of Hoisin sauce
1-2 tsp chilli sauce or fresh chilli
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp of baking soda

method:
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Book.
Peel and cut the onion into thin slices. Cut peppers diagonally into slices. Book separately.
Cut the squid into slices. Refrigerate.
In a bowl, marinate the squid with 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 cases of soy sauce oil 2 cases 2 cases of water 1 pinch of salt.
Leave all marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
In a bowl, mix 65 ml of water, 2 cases of Hoisin sauce 1 or 2 tsp chilli sauce 1 case of cornstarch 1 pinch of salt.
In a wok, pour 1 case of sunflower oil, saute celery, chunks of carrot and red pepper slices over high heat for 5 minutes.
Add 65 ml of water, cover for about three minutes to cook these vegetables steamed.
After 3 minutes, remove the vegetables in a large shallow dish.
Wash the wok and wipe with a cloth or paper towel.
Heat wok over high heat, pour in 2 cases of sunflower oil. When the oil is hot, add chopped garlic previously. The fry quickly to meet the taste of garlic.
Add onions and pieces of squid turning (about 3 minutes).
Add the sauce and simmer for two minutes.
Add all the vegetables cooked previously.
Mix well for 2 minutes then place the dish in a large shallow dish.
This dish is delicious and is eaten with rice.
