Rice with shrimp


ingredients:
250 g rice
400 g shrimp
salt and pepper
2 clove garlic, crushed
paprika
pepper
lemon juice
saffron
chopped parsley
shrimp broth
method:

marinade parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, pepper and garlic. Shrimp is added, allowed to stand 30 minutes.
Shrimp broth: Mix 1 liter of water, celery, 1 onion, a bay leaf, salt and pepper in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. When the mixture boils, add the shrimp shells.
Place over low heat, cover and cook for about 15 minutes
Strain the broth into another pot thoroughly.
We put our broth is added to the fire rice with a little saffron adjusting salt and pepper. Rice after cooking is drained by keeping warm with a little butter.
In a skillet we brought back our shrimp in olive oiled 1min each side. Serve with  salad
