Strawberry apricot tarts


ingredients:
1 pastry
2 apricots
25g Brown Sugar
250 g strawberries
2 tablespoons raspberry jelly
method:
Preheat oven to 210 ° C (gas mark 7).
Roll the dough into 4 small tart pans and prick the bottom with a fork. Cover with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes white.
Meanwhile, cut the apricots and strawberries 2 in 2 or 4 according to their size.

Sprinkle bottom of pie Brown Sugar & Stevia * and place in oven minutes time to lightly caramelize. Then place a apricot in the center of each tart and strawberry around.
Warm raspberry jelly with 1 tablespoon of water and pour over coffee apricots and strawberries.
