Stuffed turkey and fragrant sauce


ingredients:
- 4 turkey meatballs
- 3 tomatoes
- 10 mushrooms
- 200 ml chicken stock (1 cube)
- 2 small onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 sprigs of thyme
- salt
- pepper
method:
In a pan, put 1 tbsp oil and butter and brown the meatballs on all sides. Aside.

Peel, seed and then expand the diced tomatoes. Chop the onions and chop the garlic. Heat the chicken broth.
In skillet, saute onions and garlic then add the diced tomatoes and let stew on low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring regularly. Fan the thyme sprigs and put them in the sauce. Salt and pepper. Mix.
Wash and trim the mushrooms.
In the pan put the meatballs in the sauce, add the mushrooms and pour the broth over. Partly cook over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes, turning halfway through cooking meatballs. The sauce should have thickened by reducing it will only get better
