Tandoori chicken skewers recipe


ingredients:
- 5 chicken breasts
- 1 C S lemon juice
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 Cs sunflower oil
- 4 tablespoons tandoori sauce
- 1 pot of natural yoghurt
method:
Start by cutting the chicken into cubes.
In a bowl, mix the tandoori sauce with lemon juice, then add the yogurt and 2 tablespoons cilantro.

Pour this mixture over the chicken cubes, stir to coat, protect with plastic wrap and marinate at least 30 minutes. (3 hours max).
Meanwhile, heat the grill. Prick the chicken cubes on skewers and grill about 8 minutes in a dish, baking, lightly oiled, turning frequently (for me cooking is not suitable to me after 8 minutes, I left the oven for another ten minutes, until the cooking suits me)
Serve sprinkled with remaining cilantro skewers (not done here since served by my husband and he had not read the recipe ...)
