crisp salmon recipe


ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cm of raw ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 sheets of filo pastry
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 pinches of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
method:
Peel the garlic and ginger before chopping.

Prepare the marinade by mixing in a bowl with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oil, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Remove skin from salmon fillet and remove the bones. Cut into small cubes.
Pour marinade into a dish and add the salmon cubes.
Cover with plastic wrap before putting it in the refrigerator for 2H.
Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
