roll with chocolate recipe


ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 150g caster sugar
- 200g flour
- A packet of baking powder
- 250g chocolate
- 100g butter
method:
- Separate the yolks and whites of eggs, reserving whites.
- Beat 4 egg yolks with the sugar and 3 tablespoons of warm water soup to lather.

- Add gradually the flour and mix until obtaining a homogeneous paste.
- Ride 4 egg whites until stiff.
- Gently fold egg whites beaten stiff.
In a long, flat (plate) mold, roll the dough to 1 cm thick, and bake in a hot oven.
Detach and place the cake on a damp towel. Roll and let cool slightly.
Break the chocolate and melt in a bain-marie. Add the softened butter.
Spread the mixture over the entire surface, and roll the cake itself.
Put the remaining butter-chocolate mixture on top.
Make designs on it with a fork and put in the fridge to cool.
