Vatrouchka, Russian cheesecake and raisins


ingredients:
100 g raisins
500 g of cream cheese at 20% fat
10 cl of cream
80 g butter, softened
Sugar 100 g
3 eggs
1 shortbread dough
method:
1. Soak the raisins in a bowl of hot water for 1 h.
2. Place the cheese in a cloth in a colander and let drain 1 hour.
3. Then mix it with the cream.

4. Work together the softened butter, sugar, 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk.
5. Add the cream cheese, add the drained raisins.
6. Install the remaining egg white until stiff, stir it gently to the device.
7. Spread the dough in a sandy pan of 26 cm by the edges of about 5 cm. Pour the device inside.
8. Cook for about 40 min at 150 ° C.
