billes de mozzarella panées


ingredients:
- 2 bags of mozzarella balls
- 1 egg
- flour
- breadcrumbs
- paprika
- salt
- pepper
- Olive oil
method:
Drain the mozzarella balls and dry them with paper towels.
Prepare, in that order, with 3 plates, flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika and pepper.

Pass the mozzarella balls in flour, then beaten egg eventually breadcrumbs. Repeat this procedure a second time then book all cool.
In a frying pan, put enough olive oil and put on high heat. When the oil is hot, lower the heat and then quickly put your mozzarella balls in oil.
Remove carefully with a slotted spoon and absorb fat by putting them on a new paper towel and enjoy without delay in order to keep all the flowing of mozzarella
