Cake roll with cherry jam


ingredients:
150 g Sugar
1 egg
 4 Yellow
4 egg whites
150g flour
1 jar of cherry jam
method:
1. Mix the sugar, egg and 4 egg yolks and beat them with a whip. Add the flour. Mix well.
