Fish cakes with ginger


ingredients:
1 inch fresh ginger
200 g white fish, cod kind
Half lemon juice
salt and pepper
method:
1. Peel the ginger and grate it.
2. Cut the cod into chunks.
3. Put it in a mixer bowl with the remaining ingredients. Mix fitfully until thoroughly mixed.
4. Form small balls by rolling a spoonful of dough between the palms of your hands.

5. Heat a little oil in a small skillet. Fry the fish cakes, about 5 minutes, until nicely browned. Cook on medium heat so that they have time to cook at heart.
