Creamy pie black and praline chocolate


ingredients:
100 g flour
50 g soft butter
1 tablespoon praline (optional)
4 ounces of water
150 g dark  chocolate 
150 g whipping cream
1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
method:
1. Crumble flour, praline butter with fingertips for a sandy texture. Add water and work the dough into a ball without too much kneading. Book the 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and go for a circle pin 16 cm (or pie).
3. Cover the dough with aluminum foil and place the beans. Bake 20 minutes in preheated oven to 180.
4. Remove the tart shell from the oven and let cool on a rack.
5. Mix finely chocolate. heat the cream and pour over chocolate. Stir until you have a smooth and homogeneous preparation. possibly add a pinch of cinnamon.
6. Pour the chocolate ganache over the pie shell. Book at least 1 hour in the fridge before serving.
