Galette with frangipane and raspberries


ingredients:
70 g butter, softened
Sugar 100 g
2 eggs
125g ground almonds
1 tablespoon flour
125 g frozen raspberries
2 puff
1 bean
1 egg yolk
method:
1. Mix the softened butter and sugar until you have a consistency of cream.
Add the beaten eggs, the almond powder and flour.
2. Roll out puff pastry on a baking sheet. Spread the almond cream, leaving an edge and add one bean. Divide the raspberries.
3. Cover the wafer with the second paste. Fold both edges to be welded well. With a knife, make small incisions in the form of grids to decorate the cake.
4. Using a brush, brush the top of the cake with beaten egg yolk with a tablespoon of water soup. Bake 20-25 minutes in preheated oven at 180 ° C. Serve warm
