Beignets de carnaval


ingredients:
250 g flour
1 sachet of fast-type yeast 
2 egg yolks
30g sugar
2 tablespoons milk
8 cl of water
frying oil
method:
1. In the bowl of the bread machine, pour the yeast, flour, egg yolks, sugar, milk and water. Run the dough program. No bread machine,
mix all ingredients by hand, knead the dough and let rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.
2. Share the dough into 10-12 balls and give them a form of donuts, making a hole in the center.
3. Heat a frying at 180 ° C and drop donuts 3 by 3. Turn over during cooking.
4. When browned, remove donuts on a sheet of paper towel and sprinkle with sugar.
