lemon cake with coconut


ingredients:
150 g Sugar 
150g salted butter
150g flour
3 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
juice and zest of one lemon
50 g grated coconut
method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
2. Cut the butter into pieces and melt in the microwave.
3. In a bowl, combine eggs and sugar. Add flour, baking powder and melted butter. Then the juice and lemon zest. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
4. Pour into buttered molds beforehand and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
5. Bake for 30 minutes. Check if it cooked by planting a knife in the cake. It should come out clean.
