Home ice cream with saffron and liquorice



ingredients:
10 cl of milk
1 scoop of saffron (1 g)
25 cl of sweetened condensed milk
25 cl of cream
60 g of hazelnuts and pistachios
licorice and vanilla powder, cinnamon

method:
1. Put the saffron powder in a glass and pour the milk over. Let steep about 10 minutes.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk with the cream. 

Add spices: here I used the equivalent of a teaspoon of powder made ​​of licorice, cinnamon and vanilla.
3. Then add the saffron milk. Finish by adding coarsely chopped hazelnuts and pistachios and distribute into muffin tins (the amount of hair cell can fill 6 servings).
4. Put at least 4 hours in the freezer.
5. Turn out, wait 2 minutes before serving and enjoy.
