Chiffon cake with strawberries


ingredients:
4 eggs
90 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder (4g)
80g sugar
40 g of oil
90 g of yoghurt
50 g canned strawberries
method:
1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Sift flour and baking powder. Preheat the oven.
Crush the strawberries.
2. Mix the egg yolks with 40g sugar. Add the oil and yogurt and mix well. Add the sifted flour.

3. Beat the egg whites until stiff with the remaining 40 g sugar. Add 1/3 of this mixture to the above mixture. Mix gently.
4. Then pour this mixture into the egg whites and mix without breaking the whites.
5. Take 1/3 of the dough in a bowl and add the strawberry.
6. Place in the mold alternating nature pulp and the pulp with the cutter.
7. Bake at 160 ° C, 40 min. When cooked, turn the mold cool.
