Mini Easter nests for hungry kids


ingredients:
50 g butter
50 g chocolate
1 egg
60 g flour
50g sugar
5 g baking powder
small eggs and whipped cream for decoration
method:
1. Melt the butter and chocolate. Remove from heat.
2. Add sugar and flour.
3. Stir the yeast and egg, whisking to avoid lumps.

4. Butter generously mini molds and garnish the dough up to 1 cm from the edge.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes in preheated oven at 180 ° C.
6. Carefully unmold and let cool.
7. Just before serving, garnish with whipped cream and decorate Easter eggs or fry.
