Thai Fish Cakes


ingredients:
450 g cod fillets
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 egg, beaten
twenty coriander leaves
a handful of green beans
3 tablespoons red curry paste
2 onions
chopped chilli if you like
a frying
method:
Coarsely chop the fish, add the cornstarch, fish sauce, red curry paste and beaten egg.
Chop the onions and chop the coriander leaves with scissors. Cut beans into thin slices.
Add to fish mixture, spice up if you want.
Heat oil for frying in a skillet over high enough edges.
Shape into small balls of dough in your hand. Flatten to form small patties and put them in the oil. Brown on each side and pat dry on paper towels.
These cakes can be eaten hot with a little thai or also cold sauce with sweet and sour sauce.
