Samosas turkey with spices


ingredients:
2 turkey cutlets
3 sheets of filo pastry
½ lime + a little zest
1 large chopped shallot
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons golden raisins swollen in hot water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 whole egg
Ras el hanout powder (to taste)

A little grated fresh ginger (or powdered)
Salt and pepper
method:
Chop the turkey cutlets in a small food processor or better with a knife. Season the meat with lemon juice, lemon zest and grated ginger, salt and pepper. Mix well. Finish by adding raisins and chopped coriander. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Cut the sheets of filo pastry into strips and place 2 teaspoons of the filling on one end. Fold the leaves on themselves to form triangles (samosas). At Brush the samosas with the olive oil mixture - whole egg and slide into the oven about ten minutes, until they are golden brown.
