cake with chocolate chips recipe


ingredients:
300g flour
35g caster sugar
6g of salt
15g yeast,
125g egg
90ml of fresh whole milk
200g soft butter
75g chocolate chips
method:
Mix in the bowl of yeast with the milk and 100g of flour to make a little leaven.

Cover the bowl with a damp tea towel and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
Add the yeast, sugar, salt, eggs, lightly beaten and remaining flour.
Knead the dough for 10 to 15 minutes until it leaves sides of bowl.
Gradually add the softened butter, diced.
Continue to knead until the dough is smooth.
Add chocolate chips and mix again moments.
Let rise 1 hour by covering it with a damp cloth.
Butter the pan and place the dough into a ball shaped with a center hole in packing well.
Let stand 1 hour again at room temperature, the dough should double in volume.
Bake in a preheated 180 ° C for 35 minutes baking oven.
Let it cool and unmold it.
