Turkish pizza with minced meat




ingredients:

For the dough
300 gr of flour
60 ml of oil
125 ml of milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt


1 teaspoon of sugar

1 tablespoon spoon of instant dry yeast
For the stuffing
250 gr of minced meat
3 fresh tomatoes (skin removed, seeded and diced coupled)
2 onions, finely chopped
a 1/2 green pepper, cut into small cubes
1 large tablespoon of tomato paste
salt
pepper
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
100 ml of water



method:
_prepare the dough
_warm the milk made ​​with oil, remove from heat and add the yeast and sugar.
_mix and let stand 10 minutes.
_stir in egg, salt, and mix well with a fork.
_add the flour while mixing with hand to pick up the dough.
_  knead for 10 minutes.
_make 12 balls with your dough, cover and let double in volume.
_meanwhile prepare the filling
_spring onion in oil for 5 minutes over low heat.
_add the minced meat and continue to fry until the meat changes color.
_Incorporate two tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and mix.
_add water and green pepper.
_cook over low heat for 10 minutes (the sauce should not be too dry).
_spread each ball has a thickness of 1 mm (it should be fine) giving the oval.
_transfer to a floured tray and fill with stuffing.
_bake at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
