cookies with cinnamon ( ghribia)

ingredients:
950g of flour. 
250g icing sugar 
oil 
1 small handful of finely ground almonds 


cinnamon

method:
Sift flour and sugar, add the ground almonds. 
Add little bit oil rubbing the mixture well in hand, to make it very malleable, 
Add oil as needed until a smooth paste. 
Form small meatballs. 
Sprinkle cinnamon middle 
Bake in a slow oven ..
