lemon curd and raspberries tart


ingredients:
2 circles of dough Shortcake 10 cm diameter
6 tablespoons
125 g fresh raspberries
method:
1. Place the pastry rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook in white 10-15 min, until they are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack.

2. On a plate, place a round of pastry. Divide the orange cream (orange curd).
3. Carefully place fresh raspberries. Serve chilled.
