Blueberry Muffins


ingredients:
260 g flour (2 cups, 9.2 oz)
160 g sugar (0.8 cup, 5.6 oz)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (1 teaspoon of baking powder, soda)
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
8 ounces of oil (1/3 cup)
12 cl of milk (1/2 cup)
200g blueberries (1/2 lbs of blueberries, 1.4 cups, 7 ounces)
method:
Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6, 350 ° F).

In a bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk. Add oil and milk.
Combine the two mixtures, just so that they are homogeneous. Add blueberries and mix again but do not overwork the dough.
Divide the mixture into 12 muffin buttered or oiled.
Bake 20 to 25 min.
Let them cool on a rack.
