White chocolate mousse


ingredients:
500 ml of milk
120 gr white chocolate
20 grams of sugar (1 tablespoon)
25g cornflour
15 grams of butter
method:

Put all ingredients in a saucepan.
Let thicken the cream over low heat, stirring constantly.
Pour into 4 glasses.
Cover with plastic wrap to prevent a crust after cooling.
Let cool then put your glasses cool.
Decorate as per your taste (the black and white chocolate for me)..
