Chocolate Chip Muffins


ingredients:
260 g flour
Sugar 160 g
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
20g cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
8 ounces of oil
12 cl of milk
200 g chocolate chips
method:
Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6, 350 ° F).
In a bowl, sift together the flour, sugar,
baking powder, cocoa and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk. Add oil, milk and chocolate chips.
Combine the two mixtures, just so that they are homogeneous. Do not overwork the dough.
Divide the mixture into 12 muffin buttered or oiled.
Bake 20 to 25 min.
Wait a minute before turning and then let them cool on a rack.
