Cake with chestnut flour and pine nuts

ingredients:
3 eggs
Sugar 150 g
10 cl soy milk (or cow)
120 g chestnut flour
200 g wheat flour
80 g of margarine (or butter)
½ teaspoon baking
70 g pine nuts and almonds
method:
1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar.
2. Add milk, flour, baking powder and melted margarine.
3. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then gently fold in the preparation.
4. Spread in a baking pan (26 cm diameter) lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with pine nuts and almonds. Bake 30 minutes in preheated oven at 180 ° C.
