Cupcakes with raspberries and vanilla


ingredients:
200 g soft butter
220 g blond cane sugar (or brown sugar)
2 tablespoons liquid honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
4 eggs
5 cups milk
300 g wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
200g raspberries
For the icing:
350 g of cream cheese
70g icing sugar
1 pinch of food coloring in pink powder
small decorative sugars

method:
1. Mix the softened butter and sugar with an electric whisk or a mixer, until you have a smooth dough.
2. Stir in the honey, vanilla and eggs (one to one) and milk.
3. In a large bowl, sift the flour and baking powder until well blended. Incorporate them into your mix.
4. Add the raspberries and mix gently so as not to break them.
5. Divide dough cupcakes in paper liners, filling 3/4 full. Bake 15-20 minutes in preheated oven at 180 ° C. Allow to cool on a rack.
6. For the frosting: Mix the cream cheese, sugar and dye with a fork. Put the mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip of 8 mm.
7. Decorate cupcakes with icing and sprinkle with small decorative sugars.
