small cakes with condensed milk

ingredients:
- 200g butter 
- 200 g of sugar 
- Egg yolks 3/4 (three for me) 
- 100 g of cornstarch 
- 250 g flour 
- 5 g of yeast 
- 1 pinch salt 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
- 2 tablespoons praline 
topping: 
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk or milk jam doted

method:
* Mix with mixer the butter and sugar until the  sugar is completely dissolved. 
* Add the egg yolks, pinch of salt, vanilla, praline and continue beating. 
* Add the flour mix, cornstarch and baking powder sifted. 

* Pick up the dough and then shaped into balls of 30g and place them in silicone molds and bake in preheated oven at medium heat for about 30 minutes. After baking cool. 
* Meanwhile prepare the caramel by boiling water in a pot filled  to 3/4 of the can of condensed milk for about 20 minutes after the siflement valve or a box of milk jam was crazy. 
* Fill the center of each cake with a tablespoon of caramel and a whole almond. 
* Decorate with streaks of chocolate.
