dried fruit cake


ingredients:
175 g of wheat flour T65
2 medium-sized eggs
3 ml oil
50g sugar
50 g whole almond
50 g blond raisins
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 egg yolk for gilding
method:
1. Mix the flour, sugar and yeast. Add the dried fruit. Add the beaten eggs and oil.
2. Mix the dough until a smooth ball.

3. Fashion it into a long roll of 4 cm in diameter.
4. Brush egg yolk using a brush.
5. Bake 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
6. Leave to cool for 10 minutes then cut into slices 1cm thick maximum.
7. Place them on a baking sheet and bake another 5 to 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
