stir-fried vegetables and chicken curry


ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 3 carrots
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 large zucchini
- Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon curry
method:
Peel the vegetables, wash. Make thin strips using a vegetable peeler. For broccoli, 

remove each head and then split in two.
Boil a pot of water, when it boils, put in carrots. 2 min after adding the broccoli and zucchini after 3 min to 3 min. Drain.
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into cubes and fry in a wok with a little oil. When almost cooked, add in the vegetables.
Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold water.
Season with soy sauce to taste, then sprinkle with curry. Add the diluted cornstarch. Mix.
