easy recipe from the art of cooking

ingredients:
- 200g of flaxseed
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon honey
- A little white chocolate
method :


- Brown flax seeds in a heavy skillet over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
- Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt them in a water bath, then add honey golden flax seeds and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a mold lined with plastic wrap trying to level the surface and allow to harden overnight.
- Dip the mold in hot water for a few seconds and turn it on a plate for unmolding.
- Cut the nougat into regular squares with a sharp knife, decorate them with melted white chocolate lines.
- Keep nougat in an airtight container.
