Birthday chocolate cake


ingredients:
200 g dark chocolate 52% cocoa
100g unsalted butter
4 large organic eggs
120 g caster sugar
100 g of wheat flour T65
1 teaspoon baking powder
For the frosting decor:
70 g chocolate
small colored sugars
method:
1. In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat and stir in the flour and yeast.

2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Then pour the chocolate mixture.
3. Pour into a cake pan lined with parchment paper (26 to 28 cm in diameter).
4. Bake about 30 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 ° C. Watch the end of the cooking spice cake with a knife: it should come out clean.
5. Let cool before removing from pan to a plate.
6. Melt in a bain-marie dark chocolate and pour it over the cake. Decorate with small colorful sugar and serve immediately
