Jars of sweet chocolate


ingredients:
- 75 g of dark chocolate
- 70 g butter
- 90 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 30 g flour
method:
Break the eggs into a bowl. Add sugar and beat with an electric whisk until the mixture whitens.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and then add the butter cut into small pieces and mix until a smooth cream.
Pour the cream in the bowl containing the eggs and sugar, then add the flour mix. Stir gently with a spatula.
Butter and flour jars. Fill 2/3 and set aside one hour in the refrigerator.
Remove the pot from the refrigerator and preheat the oven to 200 ° C for 10 to 15 minutes. Put jars and cook for 10 minutes.
