small cakes with nuts

ingredients:
500 g of nuts.
300 g of sugar.
3 egg whites.
Lemon zest.

frosting:
200 g of sugar.
1 egg white.
Juice of one lemon.
method:

Mix the chopped nuts with sugar, lemon zest and egg whites.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface, cut in using a cookie cutter in the shape of a square.
Put in a square baking sheet, and bake for 10 minutes.
Work the egg whites with the sugar and lemon juice for a glaze.
Frost the mkhabez, decorate with walnut kernels and dry and serve.
