Custard with vanilla recipe

ingredients:
40 cl of milk.
2 eggs.
3 egg yolks.
220 g of powdered sugar.
1 vanilla pod.
method:


Bring the milk to a boil with the vanilla pod.
Whisk the eggs and egg yolks with 120g sugar until the mixture foams and doubles in volume.
Pour the vanilla milk eggs sugar in mixing and filtering. Heat the remaining sugar and 2 tbsp. tablespoons water until a golden caramel.
Pour it into 3 ramekins and preparation.
Place the ramekins in a baking pan half filled with water, and cook for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool before placing in a cool, decorate with whipped cream and a cherry.
