Shortbread with black tea and white chocolate

ingredients:
250 g flour
125 g caster sugar
125 g of butter
1 tablespoon powdered of tea
30 ml of tea
1 beaten egg yolk
200 g white chocolate
method:


In the bowl of a mixer, add 250 g flour , 125 g sugar , 125 g butter, 1 tablespoon of tea powder and 30 ml of tea.
If possible , mix finely powdered tea before adding , it is more pleasant in the mouth.
Mix until a smooth paste.
Make a cake with the paste that you protect with plastic wrap and put in fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight .
Preheat oven to 200 ° C ( 390 ° F).
Spread , not too thin paste.
And cut the shortbread in the shape of your choice.
Place on a baking sheet and brush the coat of beaten egg yolk .
Bake and cook until just golden ( shortbread should never be overcooked ) .
Meanwhile , melt in a water bath 200 g chocolate blan
Once the cookies baked and cooled , soak , one by one, half in melted white chocolate to coat.
Then place them on a sheet of baking paper .
Then refrigerate about 30 minutes to take the white chocolate.
Your biscuits are ready to eat.
