Recipe of shortbread chocolate and coffee

ingredients:
- 250g softened butter
- 3 tablespoons icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 packet of yeast pastry
- 1 pinch of salt
- The flour mixture

- Chocolate Vermicelli
- Dark Chocolate
method :


- Put in a bowl the butter, instant coffee and iced sugar,mix until they form a creamy , add the cornflour , salt , mix well, add the yeast , the sifted flour and knead well until a it become  soft, smooth dough.
- Set the special punch for this cake in the machine biscuit.
- Take a piece of dough and put it in the machine biscuit gently turn the crank to get rectangles 7cm long and 2.5 cm wide , have them as and when measured on a plate covered with a sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake in a moderately hot oven until browned.
- Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt them in a water bath ,
- Glue the cake paired with melted chocolate.
- Dip both ends of cookies in melted and pass into the chocolate vermicelli chocolate, ask them dry on waxed paper.
- Keep them in a sealed box .
