risotto coco-curry


ingredients:
- 2 cups rice 3 colors
- 2.5 glasses of coconut milk
-  2.5 Water glass
- 1 tablespoon curry
- 1 onion
- salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
method:
In a frying pan with olive oil, fry the chopped onion. Add the rice until it becomes translucent. Put the coconut milk and water in the pan to add the curry. Mix everything.

Cook over low heat, stirring regularly. Salt.
When the liquid is absorbed, your risotto should be cooked (if not add a little water).
Once this is done, you just have to serve
