flower shortbread

ingredient :
- 250g soft unsalted butter 
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar 
- 1 egg 
- Vanilla extract 
-  500g flour 
- Almonds
- 1 egg white 
- Icing sugar 
- Free jam tracks 
- A pinch Agar (optional)

cookies with cinnamon ( ghribia)

ingredients:
950g of flour. 
250g icing sugar 
oil 
1 small handful of finely ground almonds 


cinnamon

focaccia with red onions tomatoes olives and olives rosemary

ingredients:
275ml water 
2 c. tablespoons of olive oil (good quality) 
450g bread flour 
1 1/2 tsp salt 
2 tsp caster sugar 
7g (1 sachet) dry instant yeast 
Polenta or semolina 
Rosemary (dried for me)

pretzels recipe

ingredients:
2/3 part water 
1 teaspoon honey 
1 tsp salt 
2 hovels flour bread 
3/4 tsp instant yeast if using a yeast-free flour incorporated 
For gilding: 
1 egg yolk 
1 case of water 
then:

- 2 tablespoons praline

- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk or milk jam doted
