pretzels recipe

ingredients:
2/3 part water 
1 teaspoon honey 
1 tsp salt 
2 hovels flour bread 
3/4 tsp instant yeast if using a yeast-free flour incorporated 
For gilding: 
1 egg yolk 
1 case of water 
then: 
coarse salt

method:
In the bowl of your bread machine do all the ingredients one by one. 
Start the dough program. 
When the cycle is finished, transfer the dough on a flour plane and divide into 12 pieces. 
Roll each piece into pretzels. 
Let stand until doubled in volume. 
Brush pretzels with egg yolk mixture a little water. 
Sprinkle with coarse salt or cumin seeds. 
Bake in a preheated 200C oven for about 15 minutes.
