flower shortbread

ingredient :
- 250g soft unsalted butter 
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar 
- 1 egg 
- Vanilla extract 
-  500g flour 
- Almonds
- 1 egg white 
- Icing sugar 
- Free jam tracks 
- A pinch Agar (optional)

method:

Mix butter and sugar then add the egg and vanilla. Mix well and add the flour gradually until you have a spreadable paste. 

Form two balls of dough, roll out the first with a rolling pin and cut with a cookie cutter filled shapes (which will be the bottom). Place on a floured dish. 
Then take the second ball, rolled out and cut out shapes with the hole, it will be top of the shortbread. 
Brush the top of these shapes with egg white and then paste almonds. Place on a floured dish.
Bake for 5 / 6 for 15 minutes
Once cooled, take the solid shapes, brush with a little jam (that has been preheated with agar-agar). Take a hollow shape sprinkle half of icing sugar then place on top form, pour into the hollow a little jam.
