Cake of Baba oranges

ingredients:
300g flour
120g butter
1 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
30g sugar
350ml orange juice
1 tsp orange zest
A pinch of salt
For the syrup:
4 glasses of water
500g sugar
3 tbsp orange juice

For the decoration:
Whipped cream
Some candied cherries
method:
Mix the yeast with the warm milk and let rise for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, butter, salt and lemon zest and orange juice.
Whisk everything together. Stir in yeast mixture and mix. Subsequently add the flour and mix.
Put the dough in a warm place and let rise for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the syrup by mixing all the ingredients of the syrup. Butter the mold and mold the dough.
Let rise in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Baking the dough in the oven for 20 minutes.
After firing, unmold  baba onto a plate.
Soak the baba with syrup.
Cool aside.
Garnish with orange  and  whipped cream and candied cherries.
